What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI.
• Design and develop reusable data models and semantic layers for self-service analytics.
• Optimize Power BI solutions for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to utilize clean, well-modeled data sources.
• Support BI governance, including role-based access control and lifecycle management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver insights and support Power BI onboarding.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil
• Significant experience in Business Intelligence or reporting development.
• Proven expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience querying Azure Databricks.
• Experience with BI migration initiatives and cross-platform consolidation.
• Proficiency with Power BI Service administration, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of BI governance, security models, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with insurance domain processes.
• Exposure to AI/ML-driven insights integration within dashboards.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and dbt.
