Data Analyst (Tableau) (Data Analytics): Transforming complex, multi-source datasets into strategic insights, analytical frameworks, data models, and visualizations with an accent on Tableau, statistical analysis, and KPI monitoring. Focus on cleaning and integrating data from APIs, ETL processes, databases, and web scraping, designing data-driven solutions, and translating complex findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
Location: Colombia; fully remote

What you will do
- Collect, clean, transform, and structure raw data from multiple sources.
- Analyze datasets with statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends.
- Develop data models, algorithms, and visualizations for clear communication of findings.
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify business requirements and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics-related fields.
- At least 4 years of experience with Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and applied statistical analysis methods.
- Experience working with data from APIs, ETL processes, databases, or web scraping.
- Familiarity with data modeling, data warehousing, database management systems, and data visualization.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
