What you will do

• Design and coordinate AI agent workflows to solve complex operational challenges.
• Develop and maintain data models, tagging logic, and system architectures that ensure AI readiness.
• Audit and optimize Zendesk data structures to ensure consistency for AI-driven insights.
• Build and own dashboards using BI tools to monitor AI performance signals and support trends.
• Bridge the gap between operational needs and technical requirements by partnering with engineering and AI teams.
• Promote AI literacy and capability across the Client Engagement department.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, operations analysis, or a similar role in high-volume environments.
• Proven track record of coordinating AI agents or building AI-powered workflows to solve business problems.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and transforming data across complex systems.
• Hands-on experience with Zendesk or equivalent CX case management platforms.
• Proficiency with BI tools like Looker or Mixpanel for independent dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated ability to design data taxonomies and classification systems for AI/ML consumption.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tagging pipelines, LLM classification, or RAG-based knowledge systems.
• Experience with Python for data transformation and process automation.
• Background in crypto, digital assets, or compliance-heavy operations.
• Familiarity with process mining tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certifications.
