What you will do

• Design and maintain robust data models to serve complex analytical and business needs.
• Translate business requirements into structured, reusable data patterns and metrics.
• Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers and product partners.
• Support self-service analytics by enabling data consumption via BI tools like Looker.
• Participate in design reviews and promote adherence to DataOps principles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Analytics Engineering or Data Analytics roles.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery is essential.
• Experience with Dataform or dbt frameworks.
• Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English (B2).
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data marts.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and Python for data exploration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to DataOps methodologies.
• Previous experience contributing to data product development.
