What you will do

• Interpret complex business patterns, trends, and metrics to guide organizational decision-making.
• Develop and maintain scalable data dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
• Support planning, forecasting, and AB testing initiatives to improve profitability.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Data Engineering to define and build reliable data sources.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Deep understanding of statistical analysis methods, data modeling, and hypothesis testing.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
