TL;DR

Director of Go-To-Market (SaaS): Leading and scaling the global GTM strategy, driving product positioning, launches, and adoption across the customer lifecycle with an accent on translating roadmap and releases into clear messaging and GTM plans. Focus on optimizing GTM performance metrics, including adoption, pipeline impact, and revenue contribution.

Location: 100% Remote outside of Canada. Must be prepared to work standard business hours based on Pacific time.

What you will do

  • Own and lead all go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Partner with Product to translate roadmap and releases into clear positioning and GTM plans.
  • Work closely with Sales to enable success through playbooks, training, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure campaigns and content align with product value and target segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
  • Define, track, and optimize GTM performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, revenue strategy, or a related field, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional product launches with measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and growth models.
  • Expertise in positioning, messaging, and translating product capabilities into customer value.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset.
