What you will do

• Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with revenue and company OKRs.
• Own product positioning, messaging, pricing narratives, and competitive differentiation.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new features, AI capabilities, and market expansions.
• Build and scale an AI-driven demand generation engine across paid, SEO, partnerships, lifecycle, and PLG.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s brand voice and thought leadership in AI-enabled SaaS and small business enablement.
• Lead, coach, and grow a distributed marketing team.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in SaaS (B2C or PLG environments preferred).
• 4+ years in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue through demand generation and strong product marketing.
• Deep understanding of PLG models and modern SaaS funnel metrics.
• Experience integrating AI and automation into marketing strategy and experimentation.
• Strong leadership experience in remote-first, distributed teams.

• Experience serving solopreneurs or small business segments.
• Multilingual (e.g., German & English).
