What you will do

• Define product solutions for top-tier merchants based on specific business needs.
• Provide technical product expertise during the sales cycle and lead presentations for stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solution architectures.
• Architect custom solutions for merchants and lead the implementation and delivery efforts.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical bridge between sales teams and external partners.
• Manage technical aspects of the pre-sales process including API design and integration strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical solution implementation or development.
• Proven track record integrating with Payment Service Providers, gateways, or acquirers.
• Experience leading technical deep-dives and pre-sales discussions.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, TypeScript/Node, C#/.NET, or Go.
• Deep understanding of API design including REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
• Experience with payment tech stacks, including e-commerce platforms and orchestration layers.

Nice to have

• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with card network operations like settlement, disputes, and transaction monitoring.
• Prior experience in sales or account management roles.
