What you will do
- Define product solutions for top-tier merchants based on specific business needs.
- Provide technical product expertise during the sales cycle and lead presentations for stakeholders.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solution architectures.
- Architect custom solutions for merchants and lead the implementation and delivery efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor and technical bridge between sales teams and external partners.
- Manage technical aspects of the pre-sales process including API design and integration strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in technical solution implementation or development.
- Proven track record integrating with Payment Service Providers, gateways, or acquirers.
- Experience leading technical deep-dives and pre-sales discussions.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Java, TypeScript/Node, C#/.NET, or Go.
- Deep understanding of API design including REST, webhooks, and OAuth.
- Experience with payment tech stacks, including e-commerce platforms and orchestration layers.
Nice to have
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with card network operations like settlement, disputes, and transaction monitoring.
- Prior experience in sales or account management roles.
