Client Success Manager (Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management)

What you will do

• Monitor and report on revenue cycle KPIs, including days in accounts receivable, denial rates, and overall accounts receivable.
• Generate reports that help clients make informed financial and operational decisions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, improvement areas, and opportunities to optimize revenue cycle processes.
• Develop tailored, data-driven solutions to improve client operational and financial performance.
• Communicate KPI findings to clients and internal teams while proposing solutions to address issues.
• Manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and adapt to different client needs and deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to revenue cycle data and KPI performance.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, client support, or a similar healthcare role focused on revenue cycle management and KPI tracking.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Must be based in Hawaii.
