TL;DR

Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales (SaaS): Leading a team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives across the West and North Central United States with an accent on driving predictable revenue growth and operational rigor. Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis. Remote role with preference for candidates in the Seattle, WA area.

Salary: $188,150 – $215,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing Strategic Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Own regional revenue performance, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Provide hands-on deal leadership, qualification support, and executive sponsorship for key strategic accounts.
  • Implement modern go-to-market strategies leveraging AI tools and data-driven account prioritization.
  • Foster a competitive, performance-driven culture through structured operating rhythms and accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive business value and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud-based sales.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-threaded deals in competitive IT environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and strategic account planning.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Must possess permanent U.S. work authorization without requiring employer sponsorship.
