Salary: $70–$91 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide individual therapy and consultative support to employees onsite.
• Offer strategic consultations to HR and people leaders regarding mental health and psychological safety.
• Conduct critical incident response and triage during organizational crises.
• Deliver tailored training sessions on resilience and leadership effectiveness.
• Monitor workplace mental health data to identify and implement targeted interventions.
• Manage the referral process and provide seamless navigation to internal benefits.

Requirements

• Must possess an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Florida (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or Psychologist).
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Proven experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and training delivery.
• Expertise in short-term, solution-focused therapy modalities.
• High level of comfort with safety planning and high-risk assessment.
• Strong technology proficiency with Zendesk, Slack, and Google Suite.
