Salary: $188,150–$215,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Own pipeline, forecast, and revenue targets while ensuring disciplined execution.
  • Implement strong pipeline inspection and forecasting, ensuring high-quality deal qualification.
  • Drive regional go-to-market execution using AI-driven insights and account prioritization.
  • Act as an executive sponsor on key accounts, building business value with C-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategies.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cloud-based sales.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performing enterprise sales teams.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
  • Proficiency in formal sales methodologies like MEDDPICC and strategic account planning.
  • Strong executive presence and experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
