What you will do

• Provide onsite consultation and support to employees and people leaders regarding mental health and workplace effectiveness.
• Manage organizational crises through immediate support, triage, and safety planning.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to discuss cases, best practices, and improve service delivery.
• Offer strategic consultation to HR partners to enhance organizational well-being.
• Coordinate critical incident response and deliver tailored mental health training sessions.
• Monitor workplace trends to identify and recommend targeted interventions.

Requirements

• Must possess an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in KY and OH (e.g., Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC).
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• Experience in management consultation, critical incident response, and training presentation delivery.
• Strong proficiency in telehealth platforms and software tools like Zendesk and Slack.
• Competency in evidence-based modalities, specifically short-term, solution-focused therapy.
• Ability to maintain a regular onsite presence in Florence, KY.
