Location: Must be based in or able to work in the United States (Hybrid role in Austin)

Salary: $189,600 – $223,000 OTE/year

What you will do

  • Oversee and design strategic AI use cases for high-value customers.
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansions through deep relationship management.
  • Collaborate with data science and sales teams to maximize client business impact.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses using SQL and Excel to showcase platform value.
  • Serve as the primary voice of the customer to internal product and marketing teams.
  • Travel to customer sites (approximately 20% of the time) to foster strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience in Customer Success or Strategy Consulting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven storytelling
  • Ability to manage executive-level relationships and facilitate strategic mapping
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with a bias for action and entrepreneurial initiative

  • Familiarity with data science or machine learning workflows
