What you will do

• Manage customer onboarding, retention, and satisfaction through deep technical product expertise.
• Conduct hands-on workshops and product demonstrations to drive user adoption.
• Advise customers on best practices for business analytics and AI/ML use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop programs to foster self-sustaining enablement and evangelism within customer accounts.
• Coach users and administrators to resolve technical blockers and ensure platform success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or data science.
• Strong written and oral presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Advanced Designer, Snowflake SnowPro Core, or Databricks Business Analyst certifications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Kubernetes, Python, and R.
• Experience in the analytics/AI enterprise software space.
