What you will do

• Develop and execute an automation-first quality and training strategy for safety operations.
• Integrate AI tools into learning and quality assurance processes.
• Build scalable onboarding and continuous learning frameworks for a growing workforce.
• Design and refine training programs focusing on policy interpretation and moderation accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs such as quality scores and decision consistency to drive performance.
• Manage and develop a team of Safety Trainers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, training, or quality assurance.
• Proven ability to design and scale training programs tied to measurable outcomes.
• Prior experience with direct people management.
• Familiarity with AI tools and embedding technology into workflows.
• Experience utilizing LMS platforms for content development.

Nice to have

• Experience in Trust & Safety or sensitive operational environments.
• Background in high-growth or startup environments.
• Operational excellence certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma.
