What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define search strategies, goals, and processes.
• Identify, attract, and manage high-quality candidate pipelines for corporate roles ranging from entry to VP level.
• Collaborate with sourcers to map markets and target top-tier talent profiles.
• Lead candidate assessments, debriefs, and weekly status updates with key stakeholders.
• Negotiate complex compensation packages and manage offer processes.
• Uphold hiring standards through rigorous screening and inclusive interviewing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of recruiting experience in a professional business environment
• At least 6+ years specifically focused on recruiting for corporate profiles
• Proven ability to manage demanding workloads and prioritize multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to synthesize market data and present clear strategies
• Experience using modern recruiting technology and tools in a business setting
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
