What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for complex and niche global non-technical roles.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates.
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design and talent acquisition strategy.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of global recruiting workflows.
  • Analyze recruitment KPIs and provide actionable reports to leadership.
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into global hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across diverse functional areas.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-regional requisitions.
  • Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods across digital platforms.
  • Ability to navigate diverse labor laws and compensation structures globally.
  • Experience acting as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems for process management.
