Software Development Engineer (Ring Cloud Computer Vision)

Salary: Minimum PLN 19,166 monthly

What you will do

• Define, design, develop, deploy, scale, and operate cloud services for Ring consumer electronics products.
• Build highly available, resilient, secure, and scalable distributed systems for computer vision and smart home security.
• Design new features, develop technical proof-of-concepts, and launch production-ready services at global scale.
• Analyze production metrics and customer insights to drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, review solution proposals, and share technical expertise.
• Support systems processing hundreds of thousands of events per second and billions of video streams daily.

Requirements

• Professional, non-internship software development experience.
• Programming experience in at least one modern language such as Java, Golang, Python, or C#, including object-oriented design.
• Experience contributing to architecture and design of systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Bachelor’s or MSc degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience with the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
