What you will do
- Configure and maintain AI agents on the Simplifai platform for claims intake and customer communication.
- Design automated workflows using Flow Builder to connect business applications and logic rules.
- Train AI agents by tagging communication intent and refining rules for motor claims operations.
- Monitor performance metrics via dashboards to ensure high accuracy and ROI.
- Integrate AI solutions with core business systems via APIs.
- Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing training and support across the organization.
Requirements
- Must possess legal right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- Minimum one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa, if applicable.
- Genuine passion for AI and business process automation.
- Understanding of the motor claims lifecycle and business needs.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI automation platforms or low-code/no-code environments.
- Familiarity with NLP/NLU technologies and model training.
- Technical knowledge of APIs, SQL, or C#.
- Experience in claims modernization or insurtech environments.
