What you will do

• Develop AI connectors and integrations for key company systems like Slack, Jira, GitHub, Snowflake, and Confluence.
• Maintain knowledge base pipelines, MCP integrations, and robust API connections for AI tooling.
• Build templates and guardrails to allow non-engineers to experiment with and deploy AI-powered workflows.
• Own the full development lifecycle of internal tools from problem identification through design, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineering leadership to deliver high-leverage automation solutions.
• Experiment with emerging AI technologies and apply them to resolve internal operational friction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Practical experience shipping containerized software to Kubernetes.
• Strong background in building AI tooling, including experience with LLMs and embeddings.
• Proven ability to design and build complex API integrations.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end and drive solutions independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Exposure to AWS Bedrock or similar LLM provider APIs.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Frontend development experience with React or Next.js.
