What you will do

• Create integrations connecting company data sources like Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Snowflake to AI systems.
• Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines and MCP integrations for internal tooling.
• Develop templates and guardrails to enable non-engineers to build automated workflows safely.
• Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to reduce manual work across Finance, Product, and QA.
• Monitor and iterate on tools to ensure they continue delivering measurable value.
• Stay current with emerging agentic AI and workflow orchestration techniques.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Proven experience shipping containerized software to Kubernetes.
• Practical experience building AI tooling in a commercial environment.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and modern AI application patterns.
• Strong end-to-end ownership, from problem design to implementation and maintenance.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AWS Bedrock.
• Frontend development experience using Next.js or React.
