What you will do
- Create integrations connecting company data sources like Slack, Jira, GitHub, and Snowflake to AI systems.
- Build and maintain knowledge base pipelines and MCP integrations for internal tooling.
- Develop templates and guardrails to enable non-engineers to build automated workflows safely.
- Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities to reduce manual work across Finance, Product, and QA.
- Monitor and iterate on tools to ensure they continue delivering measurable value.
- Stay current with emerging agentic AI and workflow orchestration techniques.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong full-stack proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
- Proven experience shipping containerized software to Kubernetes.
- Practical experience building AI tooling in a commercial environment.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and modern AI application patterns.
- Strong end-to-end ownership, from problem design to implementation and maintenance.
Nice to have
- Experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or AWS Bedrock.
- Frontend development experience using Next.js or React.
