We are looking for a highly hands‑on AI Technical Implementation Lead to drive rapid expert and secure deployment of AI-powered initiatives. This is not a theoretical or purely strategic but a delivery-focused position for someone who can translate ideas into working systems quick
responsibly.
This person will operate as a technical consultant inside the organization: shaping concepts, briefs, overseeing configurations, guiding infrastructure decisions, and ensuring implementation is executed properly end-to-end.

What You’ll Do
1. Turn Ideas Into Working Solutions
Take high-level concepts and rapidly convert them into structured technical briefs
Define architecture approaches in collaboration with network, infrastructure, and security teams
Oversee implementation from configuration to deployment
Deliver functional prototypes and pilot environments
2. Own Technical Execution (Without Needing to Code Daily)
Configure platforms and environments hands-on
Validate integrations and system behavior
Make pragmatic technical decisions
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable
3. Drive AI Experimentation
Lead secure sandbox deployments
Define guardrails and safe experimentation practices
Evaluate use cases (productivity, automation, internal tooling)
Measure impact and iterate quickly
4. Act as a Technical Advocate
Present ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Advocate for viable AI use cases
Communicate trade-offs and risks
Align ambition with governance and security realities
5. Coordinate Across Teams
Work closely with infrastructure, network, and security specialists
Align with leadership on priorities and outcomes
Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution without unnecessary friction

Required Background
Strong technical foundation (engineering, infrastructure, or systems background preferred)
Experience working with cloud environments, APIs, or enterprise integrations
Comfortable operating in secure, segmented environments
Experience overseeing deployments or technical rollouts
Ability to write clear, structured technical briefs
