What you will do

• Own and evolve a production-ready AI platform.
• Design and deliver AI-powered solutions including RAG pipelines and agent architectures.
• Build scalable systems using clean code, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Develop internal AI tooling to accelerate engineering delivery.
• Lead internal AI knowledge-sharing sessions and upskilling initiatives.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and protocols.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering foundations with a production mindset.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs including API integrations, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Proven ability shipping AI-powered features into production.
• Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages.
• Consultancy or client-facing technology delivery experience.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in London.

Nice to have

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or model fine-tuning.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
• Open-source contributions or visible AI side projects.
