TL;DR

Senior Partner Manager (Sales/Partnerships): Developing and implementing partner programs and strategies to expand ecosystem reach with an accent on data and software resellers. Focus on designing partner profiles, executing recruitment campaigns, and managing long-term partner ramp-up and success within the DACH region.

Location: Must be based in or near Frankfurt, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Design and implement comprehensive partner programs including target profiles and value propositions.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify and score potential data and software reseller partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to launch targeted recruitment campaigns across digital channels.
  • Define ramp-up goals and KPIs for new partners to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Manage and optimize pricing frameworks and margin models within compliance standards.
  • Maintain regular feedback loops to support partner performance and long-term engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant B2B partner management experience.
  • Fluency in both German and English required.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
  • Proven track record in building ecosystems with data and software resellers.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Deep understanding of incentive structures and compliance requirements.
