What you will do
- Design and implement comprehensive partner programs including target profiles and value propositions.
- Conduct market analysis to identify and score potential data and software reseller partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to launch targeted recruitment campaigns across digital channels.
- Define ramp-up goals and KPIs for new partners to ensure successful onboarding.
- Manage and optimize pricing frameworks and margin models within compliance standards.
- Maintain regular feedback loops to support partner performance and long-term engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant B2B partner management experience.
- Fluency in both German and English required.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Proven track record in building ecosystems with data and software resellers.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Deep understanding of incentive structures and compliance requirements.
