Location: Must be based in Germany. Role is remote but requires periodic travel for office/collaborative events.

What you will do

  • Oversee full regional performance and commercial ARR growth for the DACH market.
  • Directly lead and develop senior sales managers and account executive teams.
  • Execute a channel-first go-to-market strategy in partnership with MSPs, GSIs, and resellers.
  • Build and sustain a high-performance culture through coaching, pipeline reviews, and strategic account planning.
  • Represent the DACH region in EMEIA-wide leadership forums and contribute to overarching GTM strategy.
  • Manage complex deal strategy, commercial structuring, and executive-level stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales (SaaS, security, or mobility).
  • 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience, specifically managing managers and multi-layered organizations.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the DACH market.
  • English: C1+ required; German fluency is mandatory for effectiveness and credibility.
  • Experience with platform-led, channel-first sales models and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEIA region.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in Germany.

  • Background in mobile or endpoint security technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce and rigorous forecasting methodologies.
