What you will do
- Oversee full regional performance and commercial ARR growth for the DACH market.
- Directly lead and develop senior sales managers and account executive teams.
- Execute a channel-first go-to-market strategy in partnership with MSPs, GSIs, and resellers.
- Build and sustain a high-performance culture through coaching, pipeline reviews, and strategic account planning.
- Represent the DACH region in EMEIA-wide leadership forums and contribute to overarching GTM strategy.
- Manage complex deal strategy, commercial structuring, and executive-level stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales (SaaS, security, or mobility).
- 7+ years of senior sales leadership experience, specifically managing managers and multi-layered organizations.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the DACH market.
- English: C1+ required; German fluency is mandatory for effectiveness and credibility.
- Experience with platform-led, channel-first sales models and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEIA region.
- Must be authorized to live and work in Germany.
