What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic art sellers in the DACH region to meet GMV and quality targets.
- Identify high-value prospects through market mapping and AI-supported data analysis.
- Conduct outbound outreach and attend events to convert new strategic partners.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and incentive structures for top-tier sellers.
- Collaborate with Art Experts on sourcing strategies and lot selection.
- Report on pipeline performance and revenue forecasting using CRM and data tools.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- 2-5 years of experience in sales or account management with clear revenue targets.
- Proven track record in business development and growing GMV.
- Strong negotiation skills for closing high-value commercial deals.
- Must be based in a major German city.
- Willingness to travel across Europe for fairs and meetings.
