TL;DR

Location: Fully Remote (Company HQ in Germany, preference for DACH market experience)

What you will do
- Own all renewal discussions end-to-end to ensure on-time package renewals.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio.
- Build and maintain a clear expansion pipeline with accurate forecasting in HubSpot.
- Lead post-contract commercial negotiations, including package upgrades and amendments.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to utilize adoption data for timing expansion conversations.
- Track and report on NRR, renewal rates, and expansion pipeline performance.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as an Account Manager or commercial Customer Success role in B2B SaaS.
- High proficiency in both German and English is required.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding renewal and upsell targets.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience in managing negotiation levers.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with Excel and HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
