Location: Based in Munich (hybrid model). Work from abroad allowed for 2 weeks/year within the EU for EU passport holders.

What you will do
- Define and execute enterprise sales strategy to scale the business unit.
- Leverage C-level network to win RFPs and acquire new target accounts.
- Lead and scale the sales team using clear KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue targets.
- Engage at the executive level to position the platform as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing to inform roadmap and go-to-market strategies.
- Take full P&L ownership of the Large Enterprise segment.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise sales with experience acquiring clients ranging from mid-sized to global enterprises.
- Strong background in CX, BPO, or SaaS markets.
- Fluent in German and English with excellent negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build teams and establish scalable sales processes.
- Strategic builder mindset with a hands-on approach to generating traction.
- Confident executive presence and strong business acumen.
