Location: Must be based in the SF Bay Area (Hybrid).

Compensation: $338,000–$465,000 (includes incentive compensation).

What you will do

  • Drive regional revenue growth through strategic organizational planning and execution of go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and lead the SF Bay Area Digital Native Strategic sales team.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regional operations, key partnerships, and account management.
  • Collaborate with global functional leadership to align local hiring and operational goals.
  • Mentor sales representatives on value-selling techniques to C-suite and executive buyers.
  • Manage business cadences including sales forecasting, deal reviews, and team meetings.

Requirements

  • Location: Must reside in or be able to work from the SF Bay Area.
  • 5+ years of direct B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • 3+ years of direct sales management experience leading field teams.
  • Deep understanding of IaaS, computer networking, network security, or platform tools.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles with executive buyers.
  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for export-controlled technology.
