Location: Must reside within the assigned territory (West region of the United States)
Salary: $90,300 – $207,700 USD (based on Geographic Zone)

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of Focus Partners across the West region.
- Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through partner-led motions.
- Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing install base.
- Develop and track joint business plans with key partner stakeholders.
- Collaborate with field sellers and internal teams to progress opportunities and support deal strategy.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must reside within the West region of the United States.
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or high-volume sales.
- Proven ability to build pipeline and drive revenue through partner ecosystems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% for partner meetings and events.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
