TL;DR

Inside Partner Manager (Sales): Driving partner success and revenue growth across the West region with an accent on partner-led sales motions, joint business planning, and portfolio management. Location: Must reside within the assigned territory (West region of the United States)

Salary: $90,300 – $207,700 USD (based on Geographic Zone)

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of Focus Partners across the West region.
  • Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth through partner-led motions.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing install base.
  • Develop and track joint business plans with key partner stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with field sellers and internal teams to progress opportunities and support deal strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must reside within the West region of the United States.
  • 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or high-volume sales.
  • Proven ability to build pipeline and drive revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% for partner meetings and events.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data protection, cloud, or virtualization technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
