Focus on managing the full product lifecycle, identifying new commercial opportunities in the territory, and executing strategic business plans to scale precision medicine adoption.

Location: Must be based in Providence, RI

Compensation: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (at plan), including base salary and significant uncapped commission potential.

What you will do

  • Drive utilization of the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYN, MFM, and Genetic Counselor clinics.
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
  • Execute a strategic business plan to accelerate market growth within the assigned geography.
  • Prospect and cultivate new business partnerships with hospital systems and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of sales from lead generation to contract implementation.
  • Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and professional networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Must be available for daily field work within the specified Rhode Island territory.
  • Strong understanding of decision-maker types and consultative sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws and patient privacy regulations.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a self-motivated environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Background in Women's Health or clinical laboratory environments.
  • Existing convertible book of business.
