Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (at plan)

What you will do
- Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Identify, develop, and maintain commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
- Execute strategic business plans to grow market penetration within the assigned geography.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the sales process from prospecting to lead generation and closing.
- Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate market needs and refine product positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
- Proven sales track record with an understanding of complex buyer/decision maker dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on consultative sales.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA laws and ethical standards surrounding patient privacy.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
