Compensation: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (at plan) including base and commission.

What you will do
- Increase utilization of Unity Fetal Risk Screen across target clinical practices.
- Identify and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve territory growth.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing.
- Represent the company at local tradeshows, industry conferences, and professional networking events.
- Deliver clinical information effectively to both internal teams and external healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proven ability to directly call upon providers within the specified geographic territory.
- Demonstrated sales track record with strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA laws and ethical standards regarding patient privacy.
- Ability to work independently as a results-oriented professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Houston Medical Center and navigating local health systems.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Background in Women's Health or clinical laboratory experience.
- Existing convertible book of business.
