Salary: $184,569 - $248,269 per year (at plan)

What you will do

  • Drive utilization of the Unity Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and Genetic Counselors.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
  • Create and execute strategic business plans to accelerate growth within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing new business.
  • Attend industry conferences and local trade shows to expand professional networks.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance and understanding of medical decision-maker needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to present clinical data effectively.
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA compliance, medical ethics, and patient privacy.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Background in Women's Health.
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Previous clinical laboratory experience.
  • Existing convertible book of business.
