What you will do

  • Drive market growth by increasing utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen in OBGYN, MFM, and Genetic Counseling clinics.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, lead generation, and relationship management.
  • Identify and cultivate commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets within the assigned geography.
  • Deliver clinical information and educate medical professionals on product benefits and evolving market needs.
  • Attend and participate in industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success and track record in healthcare product sales.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales, buyer types, and strategic territory planning.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills with an ability to communicate effectively with medical providers.
  • Knowledge and application of HIPAA laws and medical ethics.
  • Ability to work independently as a field-based sales executive.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a start-up environment.
  • Background in Women's Health.
  • Clinical laboratory experience.
