What you will do
- Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers via engaging product demonstrations and trials.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors.
- Influence ’s strategy and product priorities by being the voice of the customer.
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work toward mutual goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
- Outstanding communication abilities and comfort presenting to both individual contributors and decision-makers.
- Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and operating independently.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
- Prior B2B SaaS experience.
- Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work.
