What you will do

  • Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and drive renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong technical partnerships with customers via engaging product demonstrations and trials.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Influence hirify.global’s strategy and product priorities by being the voice of the customer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer business issues and work toward mutual goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and comfort presenting to both individual contributors and decision-makers.
  • Track record of working on multiple projects simultaneously and operating independently.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to operate in a startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations.
  • Prior B2B SaaS experience.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work.
