What you will do

  • Operate as a modern enterprise seller by leveraging AI and data insights to maximize territory coverage and pipeline efficiency.
  • Engage IT personnel and senior stakeholders to uncover business challenges and position AI-powered observability solutions.
  • Apply consultative sales methodologies to drive growth and expand existing accounts across a multi-product platform.
  • Lead strategic executive conversations regarding cost optimization, operational efficiency, and digital experience monitoring.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles while ensuring CRM accuracy within Salesforce.
  • Align internal resources to support sales efforts and ensure long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B technology sales with a record of net new acquisition and expansion.
  • Proven ability to exceed $1M+ ARR quotas in SaaS environments.
  • Formal training in MEDDPICC and strategic account planning methodologies.
  • Experience selling complex, multi-threaded solutions to C-level stakeholders in IT environments.
  • Demonstrated use of generative AI and sales intelligence platforms for account planning.
  • Must be based in Munich, Germany.
