Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Proven track record of scaling AI-powered product capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in 0→1 product development.
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into production-ready features.
