Salary: $230,000 — $322,000 USD

What you will do

• Define the team's vision and execute the technical roadmap for conversion modeling.
• Architect and implement deep learning models tailored for ranking, recommendations, and conversion prediction.
• Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle from ideation and training to production deployment.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, Data Scientists, and other Ads engineering functions to align on KPIs and strategies.
• Orchestrate large-scale data generation and processing pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience building and managing high-performing machine learning teams (Tech Lead experience also considered).
• Deep hands-on expertise in training, evaluating, and deploying large-scale production ML models.
• Proven experience with Ads conversion modeling, heavy rankers, and recommendation systems.
• Proficiency with mainstream ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong ability to develop and communicate a technical strategy aligned with business objectives.

Nice to have

• Specific background in ads modeling or familiarity with engagement prediction models in the ads domain.
