Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL or Boston, MA (Hybrid; 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary: $125,000–$160,000

What you will do

• Foster trust and transparency as a dedicated advocate for customer success.
• Analyze customer usage patterns to identify gaps and drive greater consumption of solutions.
• Apply deep technical knowledge to support architecture, deployment, and best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and account management teams.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on enterprise and public cloud data protection solutions.
• Identify opportunities to increase customer value and build case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 5+ years in technical architecture, consulting, implementation, or support.
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS, IT infrastructure, or data protection.
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (IaaS/SaaS) and at least one public cloud platform.
• Must be able to cover Central and West US time zones.
• Effective communicator capable of explaining complex technological and business concepts.

Nice to have

• Public cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven B2B SaaS experience.
• Domain expertise in security or data storage.
