Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Driving customer retention and growth by ensuring customers are engaged and leveraging the full value of the solution with an accent on issue tracking, data analysis, and meeting management. Location: Denver, Colorado; San Francisco, California; Nashville, Tennessee; Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a hub location.
Salary: $106,000 - $125,000 USD (San Francisco, CA) or $90,000 - $106,000 USD (Denver, CO)

What you will do
- Support tactical account responsibilities, including issue tracking, data analysis, and meeting coordination.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients to contribute to strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Account Management to drive successful renewals and improve customer success approaches.
- Be the voice of the customer and partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility on customer issues and feedback.
- Oversee multiple customer projects throughout their lifecycle, including expansions, implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of client-facing customer success, sales, account management, or customer service experience.
- General knowledge of software applications such as Salesforce and Google Apps.
- Strong customer focus and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail to track high-volume tactical program elements across multiple customers.
- Flexible and able to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action.
