What you will do

  • Lead the customer success motion for strategic accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, lifecycle engagement, and adoption maturity frameworks.
  • Analyze customer business goals to align BMC technology investments with real-world outcomes.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, sharing product and solution feedback with internal development teams.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customer executives and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Ability to translate complex technical and functional scenarios into clear business models.
  • Proven experience navigating complex organizational structures to identify and influence executive stakeholders.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
