What you will do

• Book and schedule advertising space across various platforms.
• Check and confirm inventory availability for upcoming campaigns.
• Manage and service local client advertising projects.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
• Maintain administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Utilize campaign management tools and AI software to optimize operational processes.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
• Understanding of media planning and buying principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with digital audio and broadcast advertising.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns with effective organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
