What you will do
- Develop strong partnerships with the Nestle UK category team.
- Lead elements of campaign brief responses and ensure high-quality planning output.
- Coordinate cross-channel responses, integrating digital and retail media capabilities.
- Manage and mentor a team, ensuring their development and wellbeing.
- Oversee financial processes and campaign reporting to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Support the implementation of the fewer-bigger-better holistic media strategy.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work from the office 4 days a week.
- Proven experience in media planning and client management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor junior staff.
- Ability to think in systems and manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Understanding of retail digital media and search strategies.
