What you will do

• Develop a baseline of media planning knowledge across various channels.
• Manage campaign implementation including updating schematics and tracking creative assets.
• Assist with financial processes such as PO trackers, bookings, and reconciliations.
• Run and analyze reports using industry tools like TGI, Pathmatics, and AdIntel.
• Update internal and external status reports and coordinate stakeholder meetings.
• Support the team in the creation of client-facing presentations and communications.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Competence in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
• Inquisitive mindset with a strong interest in media trends and advertising concepts.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deliverables with minimal error.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
