What you will do
- Oversee daily implementation and optimization of programmatic campaign activity to meet client KPIs.
- Develop and execute media plans aligned with client goals for both brand and ROI-driven objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through regular briefings and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with global hub teams to ensure programmatic strategy execution and financial accuracy.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional training and development.
- Execute and evaluate programmatic testing plans across audience, media, and creative variables.
Requirements
- Proven experience in programmatic activation with core trading platforms like DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
- Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
- Analytical expertise with the ability to manage large datasets to identify actionable trends.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical programmatic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
- Proactive mindset towards learning the latest ad-tech platforms, vendors, and industry landscapes.
