Account Manager (Programmatic): Managing and optimizing complex programmatic advertising campaigns with an accent on data-driven decision-making and client portfolio growth. Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom with the right to work in this location. The role operates on a hybrid basis with an expectation of office attendance approximately four days per week.

What you will do

  • Oversee daily implementation and optimization of programmatic campaign activity to meet client KPIs.
  • Develop and execute media plans aligned with client goals for both brand and ROI-driven objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through regular briefings and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with global hub teams to ensure programmatic strategy execution and financial accuracy.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional training and development.
  • Execute and evaluate programmatic testing plans across audience, media, and creative variables.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in programmatic activation with core trading platforms like DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Analytical expertise with the ability to manage large datasets to identify actionable trends.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating technical programmatic concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
  • Proactive mindset towards learning the latest ad-tech platforms, vendors, and industry landscapes.
