What you will do

• Own PAN-EMEA events strategy aligned with regional and corporate pipeline goals.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of event professionals.
• Drive measurable pipeline impact through qualified meetings and accelerated opportunities.
• Deliver executive programming to strengthen relationships with strategic accounts.
• Manage budget, vendors, agencies, venues, and production partners.
• Optimize through data, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics.

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B event or field marketing, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering strategic events that drive pipeline and revenue in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Strong people leader with experience building and scaling teams.
