What you will do

• Create empathetic and precise brand experiences that engage customers effectively.
• Deliver customer-centric strategic thinking across diverse client projects and account development.
• Champion the brand and audience understanding throughout all creative work.
• Guide creative teams and drive innovative thinking within assigned accounts.
• Lead meetings and workshops to facilitate strategic and tactical opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Sciences teams to analyze campaign performance and improve audience journeys.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Strategic Planner in a precision marketing agency or client environment.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Track record of challenging conventions and successfully bringing strategies to life.
• Confident presentation skills for senior agency and client stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members on assigned projects.
• Must be able to work on-site in London 3 days per week as part of a hybrid arrangement.
