What you will do
- Own and execute field and customer marketing programs for high-touch and premium segments in EMEA and DACH.
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and refine regional go-to-market strategies.
- Design and manage a regional event calendar including webinars and industry events.
- Drive inbound opportunities and measure campaign ROI against clear commercial KPIs.
- Localize global marketing campaigns to ensure resonance with regional audiences and competitive dynamics.
- Provide actionable market feedback to inform global strategy and product improvements.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of B2B or SaaS marketing experience with a focus on field, customer, or revenue marketing.
- Professional-level German language skills required for the DACH focus.
- Proven track record of managing regional programs, events, and budget accountability.
- Commercial mindset with a deep understanding of pipeline growth, account engagement, and ROI.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation systems like Salesforce or Braze.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional sales and marketing teams.
